It's a... Baby!

Here are the first pictures of baby #2! In the first you can see his or her face and in the bottom picture you can see baby sucking his or her thumb. Crazy!

Happy 2nd Birthday!

We celebrated Ryan's birthday early at Disneyland, so on her official birthday we went to the Science Center during the day and had cake after dinner . It was a simple but fun day. Happy birthday baby!

No more Diapers!

No more diapers!... that is until the next baby comes in 5 months. Ryan decided that she was ready for big girl panties after we returned home from Disneyland. I was terrified & not ready, thinking that she would have a bunch of accidents and that i would have to remind her to go potty all the time. Luckily it was quite the opposite~She has been accident free for the past couple weeks and says when she needs to go, wherever we are. We are so proud of our big girl!

Disneyland Vacation!

Ryan had a great vacation to Disneyland last week! She went on most of the rides & wasn't scared at all! Her favorite was Small World & the Carousel. We rode on the carousel at least 10 times... When it was time to get off Small World she cried and said "small world boats again". When I told her that other kids need a turn she cried "no, my turn".

Ryan is going to be a big sister!

Ryan is going to be a big sister! Baby #2 is due to arrive around Feb. 5th and we are all thrilled!

4th of July weekend

We had originally planned on staying home for the 4th, but very tragic circumstances brought us to CA for the weekend instead. My dear friend of 10 years Sarah lost her husband Greg last week. His death was very sudden & I miss him dearly...We drove out to CA to attend Greg's service and it was so sad but beautiful at the same time. There must have been hundreds of people there which is a testament to what great people Sarah & Greg are. We were able to catch up briefly with family and friends over the weekend. Ryan had a great 4th ~ we went to a BBQ with the Jazayeri's & Silveri's ~ it was so cute watching Ryan, Tatum, & Mattie playing together. Then we headed to Irvine High to see the fireworks. It was Ryan's first time seeing the fireworks & she was mesmerized by them. She said "loud" a lot & would shout out each color of the fireworks. Miss you all already, we'll be back in 2 weeks!
